Your information, your choice
Privacy policy
This notice explains how Jacqueline Biang’s artwork website uses information when you browse, contact us or shop.
Allow All or Reject All
Optional tracking stays off until you choose Allow All. Reject All blocks optional analytics and advertising through Google Tag Manager and prevents new server-side Meta events from being sent. Essential cart, checkout, security and privacy-choice functionality stays available either way.
Open privacy choices to change your choice. The same link is available in the footer of every page. Closing or ignoring the banner does not give permission.
Your choice applies to this browser, not automatically to other devices. We remember a choice for up to six months. If you clear site data, the site will ask again with optional tracking off. A Global Privacy Control signal keeps all optional tracking off even if you previously allowed it.
Information needed to run the shop
We use information you provide to answer inquiries, process orders, arrange shipping or pickup and send transactional messages. This can include your name, email, message, order details and delivery information. Payments are processed through Stripe; payment processing does not depend on optional tracking consent.
First-party cookies keep your cart, checkout verification and privacy choice working. Hosting, network-security and email providers process information needed to deliver and protect the service, which can include IP addresses and technical request logs. Reject All does not stop necessary order processing, security logging or messages about your order.
The site also loads fonts from Google Fonts, outside Google Tag Manager. Your browser contacts Google to retrieve them, exposing technical connection information such as your IP address. The optional-tracking switch does not block these font requests.
Optional analytics and advertising
With Allow All, approved tools delivered through Google Tag Manager may measure site use and advertising results. Google and Meta may receive browsing and shopping activity, product identifiers, purchase amounts and browser/device identifiers. Advertising tools may use this information to measure or personalize ads.
When enabled, Meta’s Conversions API sends add-to-cart, checkout and confirmed-purchase events directly from our server. Matching information may include your IP address, browser user agent, Meta browser identifiers and a hashed email address for purchase matching. A hash is not anonymous data. We do not include raw email, payment-card information or delivery addresses in these Meta event payloads.
Allowing optional tracking does not subscribe you to newsletters or marketing emails.
Changing your mind
Choose Reject All to stop future optional tracking. We remove accessible known analytics/advertising cookies and optional event-deduplication storage, invalidate unsent Meta events and reload the page to unload tracking scripts. Your cart is preserved. A save failure is shown explicitly; retry if the site cannot confirm the change.
Information already sent, including requests already in flight when you withdraw, cannot be recalled by this switch. We cannot clear another company’s cookies directly. Allowing tracking again does not replay events that were blocked by your rejection.
Storage and requests
The privacy record stores an opaque browser identifier, your choice, policy version and timing information—not your browsing history. Optional browser event-deduplication records expire after seven days. Meta checkout-matching context and unsent event payloads have a seven-day eligibility limit; withdrawal invalidates linked unsent data sooner. Technical cleanup may occur later when maintenance runs. Minimal delivery records are retained to prevent duplicate events.
Order, accounting and inquiry information is handled separately from optional tracking and may need to be retained for fulfillment, legal obligations or resolving disputes. Providers have their own retention policies; rejecting tracking is not a request to delete an existing order.
To ask about your information or request access, correction or deletion where applicable, contact [email protected] or use our contact form. We may need to verify your request and retain information where required for legal or operational reasons.
